Size Exchanges and Defective Items

Defective Items: Got a defect? No worries! Email us at support@ayzalminal.com with pictures showing the defect, and we'll either refund your money or exchange the product, whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction is our top priority! 💕

Size Exchange Conditions:

  • Timing: You must request an exchange within 2 days of delivery.
  • Condition of Item: The product must be in its original, perfect condition with the tag intact.
  • Delivery Charges: All delivery charges are to be borne by the customer.
  • Process Time: Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 working days.
  • Exchange Venue: Online purchases must be exchanged online; items bought in-store must be exchanged at our physical stores.

For Size Exchange in Pakistan: Send an email to support@ayzalminal.com with the reason for your exchange and your order number. We'll send you our address to return the parcel. Make sure to send the item back in its original packaging, tagged, and in the same condition. Please include your ORDER NUMBER, NAME, and CONTACT NUMBER on the return package.

For International Size Exchange: Need a different size? Contact our customer support team at support@ayzalminal.com within 5 days of receiving your item. Please be aware that all shipping costs for sending back and receiving the new item will be the customer's responsibility.

Note: Please ensure the item for exchange is in new, tagged, and odorless condition. We cannot process exchanges if the item does not meet these criteria, and it will be sent back to you.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

We want to keep things flexible for our customers:

  • No Refunds Policy: Once an order is delivered, we do not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee unless there is a defect or a technical issue with respect to the product and its description on our website. 
  • Cancellation Within 24 Hours: If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order and you’ve paid via Debit/Credit Card, don’t worry! Instead of a refund, we'll convert your order amount into a coupon of equal value. You can use this coupon for any future purchase from Ayzal Minal within the next 60 days.
